Weather Watch  

Warm temperatures continue post-Labor Day, with highs in the 90s in western Montana and upper 80s eastward.  Widespread haze and smoke from regional wildfires will thicken today, impacting air quality. Isolated dry thunderstorms are possible, raising fire weather concerns.

  • OFFICIALS SEARCHING FOR BABY WITH NONCUSTODIAL PARENTS: Flathead County authorities issued a Missing Endangered Person Advisory for 6-week-old Julian Amon, who is believed to be with his noncustodial parents, Breanna Breen and Quentin Amon. 
  • Fire located 4 miles east of Colstrip.  Please stay clear of the area.  
  • Life Flight helicopter responding to an ATV accident crashes in Lincoln, MT on Main Street and HWY 200 around 1am.  According to officials, the helicopter kicked up dust which made it difficult to see and it hit a pole.  Fortunately, all crew members walked away.  Another life flight was deployed and carried the ATV accident victim to Helena.
